Recruitment

I have just been updating the organisation chart for the Technology department. 65% of the department have joined within the last 8 months of the 9 months that I have been here. We have cleared out the cruft, created new roles, right sized teams and recruited new people. All except one of my direct reports is new. We have done this whilst increasing throughput and quality and often with less people although we now have more people (50 in total) to tackle some big projects that we have planned.
